Understanding Inside Flow
In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body. Some people relax with punk rock and some with classical music. Your choice of music defines you and your practice. It is typically a more dynamic and physically demanding form of yoga, with a focus on flowing from one posture to the next in a seamless manner. Inside Flow has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. It is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga!
The practice of Inside Flow can help to build physical strength and improve flexibility and mobility. It can also help to increase cardiovascular endurance and improve overall physical fitness. In addition to the physical benefits, Inside Flow Yoga can also help to improve mental focus and relaxation, and cultivate a sense of mindfulness and presence.
If you are interested in trying Inside Flow, you can look for classes at yoga studios or search online for instructional videos. It is always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any injuries or health conditions that may affect your ability to participate in physical activity. It is also important to listen to your body and pace yourself during the practice, taking breaks as needed and modifying postures as needed to suit your abilities and limitations.
When You Might Need Inside Flow
At Martasya Yoga Academy, we offer Inside Flow classes for students of all levels. Our experienced teachers will guide you through a series of dynamic and physically demanding postures that are linked together with the breath in a seamless flow.
In our Inside Flow classes, we focus on building physical strength and improving flexibility and mobility, as well as increasing cardiovascular endurance and overall physical fitness. We also encourage our students to cultivate mental focus and relaxation, and to bring a sense of mindfulness and presence to the practice.
Our classes are suitable for students of all levels, and we offer a range of class times to suit your schedule. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will find a welcoming and supportive environment at Martasya Yoga Academy. Our experienced teachers are there to guide you and support you as you explore the benefits of Inside Flow. We encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks as needed, and to modify the postures as needed to suit your abilities and limitations.
